Massage is a great way to naturally relax and allow the body time to heal. Our Massage therapists at Impact Chiropractic are specialized in Therapeutic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue and Reflexology.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy has been known to help release lactic acid from the muscles and increase range of motion. Scar tissue is the major restriction that over time WILL result in decrease range of motion and pain. With massage therapy the goal is to increase blood flow to the restricted areas and promote healing in the specific tissues.

Don't choose between chiropractic care and massage therapy, choose both! By combining both chiropractic and massage, recovery time is reduced for those suffering from sore muscles or other medical issues. Debra Rodzinack states, recent polls of people who use both therapies have found that they find relief from issues such as insomnia, back pain, arthritis and other issues.
